StoriiCare Back up Documents
This document outlines the procedures to follow during outages or maintenance periods in StoriiCare. It provides guidance on temporary data collection methods and essential documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Outage and Maintenance Procedures
At StoriiCare, we are committed to minimizing the impact of outages and maintenance on our users. We strive to ensure that any downtime is limited to a period of 1-2 hours, typically scheduled during times of reduced global user activity. You will be notified of any planned downtime through email and global alerts or a Live Support chat message.
Extended Downtime Recommendations
In the event that StoriiCare experiences extended downtime exceeding 1-2 hours, we recommend reverting to paper methods for data collection and recording during this period. This approach will help maintain continuity in your operations.
Essential Paper Documentation
To facilitate the transition to paper methods, we have provided simple recording documents for key areas of entry across StoriiCare. These documents include:
Progress Notes
Vital Signs/Measurements
Incidents & Accidents
Tasks
We recommend printing copies of these documents and storing them according to your center's capacity. This will ensure that you have the necessary resources available in the event of a StoriiCare outage or a power/internet disruption within your business.
Pre-Downtime Preparations
In addition to preparing paper documentation, we advise users to utilize the Exports feature on StoriiCare. Prior to any scheduled downtime, please export 'All' relevant data to ensure you have access to critical information during the outage.
Backup Documents
By following these guidelines, you can effectively manage any potential disruptions and maintain the quality of care provided to your clients. For further assistance, please refer to our support resources or contact our customer service team.
