A Guide to Resetting Your Password

StoriiCare offers a few ways to reset or change a staff password depending on your permission level and account setup. This guide will walk you through all available options.


How to Reset a Forgotten Password

If a staff member has forgotten their password, they can click Forgotten your password? on the login screen. Where the reset email is sent will depend on whether an email address has been saved to the staff member's profile:

  • Staff email is set: If the staff member signs into StoriiCare with their email address, or has an email address saved in their Profile Settings (this can only be accessed by the staff member when they are signed in - directions below), the password reset email will be sent directly to that address.

  • Staff email is not set: The password reset email will be sent to the master business email address (found in Business Settings (terminology may differ on your account) > Account). Management can then reset the password on behalf of the staff member and notify them of their temporary password


How to Change Your Staff Member's Password

  • Navigate to the Staff page

  • Click Edit on the left side of the page, then click Edit next to the staff member's name

  • Enter a new password and click Save

Note: The Edit option is only visible to staff with All Access permissions. If you do not see this option, contact a Manager or Super User for assistance.


How to Change Your Own StoriiCare Password

  • Click on your profile image in the corner of your screen to open your Staff Profile

  • Click the Settings button located within the cover photo

  • Click on the Password tab, enter your new password, and click Save

Note: You can save your email address to your profile from the Account tab in your Staff Profile. This ensures that any future password reset emails are sent directly to you rather than to the master business email.
