How to Void a Payment

To void a payment, follow these steps:

• From Billing, click on Payments

• Locate the payment that needs voided and click on the three dots (...)

• Click Void Payment

• Click Yes when you see the pop up window appear asking if you're sure you want to void the payment

• You will see that the status of the payment is now void

Note: You cannot void already reconciled payments
