Payer Receipts

Private payers automatically receive invoice receipts after making a payment, so both participants and their families have a clear record of transactions.

Private payers will automatically receive invoice receipts from our payment processor, Stripe, sent to the email address on file, after they complete a payment.

After a payment is submitted, private payers will see a Payment Processed screen. This screen includes a link to download their receipt directly.

Receipts are generated and delivered by Stripe. If a payer does not receive their receipt via email, confirm that the correct email address is on file.
