How To Export And Print A Schedule

Introduction

The Print Schedule feature in StoriiCare enables users to generate and print schedules in various formats. This feature ensures you can create clear, professional schedules for easy reference and sharing.

Instructions for Exporting and Printing a Schedule:

  1. On the StoriiCare Dashboard, select Schedule.

  2. Depending on what you would like to print, select Attendance, Transport or Staff Rota and click Export.

  3. Click in Schedule.

  4. If you toggle on the switch bar Show centre preview, the exported file will show the business’ information such as the name, logo, address, email etc. Be aware that this will take up space at the top of the page.

  5. In the Residents box, search and select one or multiple residents you want to include in the schedule export.

  6. Under Schedule Tags, choose any relevant tags to filter the schedule, if needed

  7. Set the start date for the schedule by adjusting the Date from field.

  8. Select the Period (e.g., one month) to define the duration of the schedule, choose custom to input the exact date.

  9. Choose your Export Mode by selecting either Portrait or Landscape.

  10. Finally, Select your preferred file format and layout:

    • For PDF format:

      • Schedule (PDF - Table With Times) to include time details.

      • Schedule (PDF - Table Without Times) if you do not want time details.

    • For CSV format:

      • Schedule (CSV - Table With Times) for time-included details.

      • Schedule (CSV - Table Without Times) if no time details are needed.

  11. Once the file has been downloaded, open it on your device and print.

Choosing the right file format depends on how the file will be used;

  • PDF: offers a polished, ready-to-share format ideal for presentations or printing

  • CSV provides a flexible, editable format perfect for data analysis or customization in spreadsheet software.
