Integrating StoriiCare with QuickBooks can streamline your invoicing process, making it easier to manage your finances efficiently. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to export invoices from StoriiCare and import them into QuickBooks using the bulk action functionality. The CSV export is specifically designed for compatibility with QuickBooks, ensuring a smooth transition of your financial data.
Steps to Export and Import Invoices:
1. Login to StoriiCare:
- Access your StoriiCare account with your credentials.
2. Navigate to the Billing Section:
- Click on the Billing option from the side menu.
3. Go to the Invoice Tab:
- Locate and select the Invoice tab within the Billing section.
4. Use Multiselect to Choose Invoices:
- Click on the "Multi Select" option to select the invoices you wish to export.
5. Initiate the Bulk Action:
- Click on Bulk Actions located at the top right corner of the page.
- Select the QuickBooks Export option from the dropdown menu.
6. Import the File to QuickBooks:
- Open QuickBooks and type "Import" in the search bar to quickly find the import function.
- Select Invoices from the options provided.
- Upload the CSV file downloaded from StoriiCare.
- Check the data mapping to ensure it matches your StoriiCare format.
- Click on Import to complete the process.
