This document provides guidance on how to effectively use the StoriiCare Register QR Code for both participants and care staff. It outlines the necessary steps to sign in and out of the facility, as well as how to access QR codes through the Storii Family App.

If you are a participant or a family caregiver, please note that you should not attempt to scan the Register QR Code using your device's camera.

Instead, your care provider will have a tablet or mobile device with the StoriiCare Register App open and ready for signing in and out. To sign yourself or your loved one in and out of the facility, the QR code must be scanned using their device.

In the event that you lose your physical QR badge, you can still access your or your loved one's QR code through the Storii Family App.

The Storii Family App is available for download on smartphones and tablet devices from both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

To find the QR code for you or your loved one, please follow these steps:

1. Sign into the Storii Family App.

2. Click on the profile of the person whose QR code you are trying to access.

3. Select the QR code button located within the cover photo.

As a staff member, you will need to scan the QR code using the Register App to sign participants in and out of the facility or to sign yourself in and out for a work shift. The Register App is also available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
