The Register: For Participants & Family

This guide explains how participants or family caregivers can use the Storii Register App to for seamless sign-in and sign-out using a QR Code or PIN code provided by the care facility. It includes steps to access QR codes via the Storii Family App and important reminders on how QR scanning works.

Please note: Do not scan the QR code using your personal device’s camera.

QR codes must be scanned using a care provider’s device with the Storii Register App open.

• Your care provider will have a tablet or mobile device running the Storii Register App.

• Present your QR code to their device to scan.

• When you see the sign in/out screen appear, use your finger or a stylus to add your signature.

• Click the sign in/sign out button.

• You will see a giant check mark appear and a confirmation notice appear.

You can retrieve your or your loved one’s QR code using the Storii Family App.

1. Log in to the Storii Family App (available on iOS and Android).

2. Tap the profile of the participant.

3. Click the QR code icon located in the cover photo area to display the code.

This QR code can be scanned by staff using the Register App during arrivals and departures.

A 4-digit PIN number will be provided to you by the care facility.

• Your care provider will have a tablet or mobile device running the Storii Register App.

• Tap where it says Enter PIN or enter your PIN number directly on the keypad.

• When you see the sign in/out screen appear, use your finger or a stylus to add your signature.

• Click the sign in/sign out button.

• You will see a giant check mark appear and a confirmation notice appear.

Staff at the care facility will have a way to look up your PIN number or generate a new one for you. Please ask them for help!
