A Guide to Using Medical Info

1. Open a Participant's profile

2. Click Medical Info

3. Click Medication

4. Select +Add new medication

5. Fill in all the medication information

6. Hit Save new medication in the bottom, right-hand corner

1. Open a Participant's profile

2. Click Medical Info

3. Click Medication

4. Click on the medication you want to edit

5. Click on the orange Settings Cog

6. Hit Edit

7. Make changes

8. Click Save

1. Open a Participant's profile

2. Click Medical Info

3. Click Medication

4. Click on the medication you want to remove

5. Click on the orange Settings Cog

6. Click Mark as Historical

1. Open a Participant's profile

2. Click Medical Info

3. Click Medication

4. Click the Print MAR button in the top, right-hand corner of the screen

5. Doing this will open a PDF MAR chart in a new window to be printed

2. Click Medical Info

3. Click Medical Conditions

4. Select + Add new medical condition

5. Fill in the medical conditions form

6. Hit Save new medical condition

1. Open a Participant's profile

2. Click Medical Info

3. Click Medical Conditions

4. Click on the medical condition you want to edit

5. Click on the orange Settings Cog

6. Hit Edit

7. Make changes

8. Click Save

2. Click Medical Info

3. Click Medical Conditions

4. Click on the medical condition you want to remove

5. Click on the orange Settings Cog

6. Click Mark as Historical
