How to Assign Service Users to Staff

Navigate to the Business Settings section.

Click Staff Roles from the left side menu.

Switch on the toggle that says 'Assign Service Users to Staff'

Find the staff member you wish to assign service users to.

Click on the orange chevron arrow next to the number of people listed in the Assigned Users column.

Select which service users you want to assign to that member of staff. Their names will highlight in orange once selected.

Use the search bar or Group filter to find service users quickly.

Hit the orange Save button when you are done.
